GoldenMoon Labs is proud to announce the arrival of Genny and Stetson babies! GoldenMoon's Thyme For Thanks, CGC, WC, JH and CH Buttonwood Stone Cliff True Grit puppies were born on Monday, August 18, 2008. We have been blessed with 1 yellow boy, 2 yellow girls, 3 black boys and 1 black girl. They are beautiful, precious, healthy bundles of joy! We are very thankful for each one. Genny and all 7 babies are very healthy, happy and contented. We expect a go home date of mid-October, 2008.
Update - August 26th - The babies are 8 days old today and are doing very well. Most have doubled their birth weight already (all 28-37oz), which is tremendous. Notice how the size of their bodies have doubled from the 1st to the 2nd picture in 6 days! Genny is doing a GREAT job with them - has lots of milk, patience, & loving care for each one. The babies are robust, energetic, and very mobile - industrious nursers - just delightful! The hair is coming in on their ears (when they are newborn - ears look like shiny leather - no fur). They've already had their front toenails cut twice and we're on day 6 of the neurological stimulation.

Sunny - Stetson puppies were born on May 27th, 2008.
There are six puppies: four yellow boys, 1 yellow girl, and 1 black boy.
They are beautiful, precious, healthy bundles of joy! We are very thankful for each one. The birthing process is one of the most difficult and challenging… but also, one of the most exhilarating and rewarding experiences. Sunny’s birthing process was one of the best we’ve had as far as her ease in delivering the babies and the health of the newborns – energetic, robust and very healthy!
Sunny and all 6 babies are very healthy, happy and content.
Update June 22, 2008:
The puppies are growing so fast - all between 4 and 5 pounds - that's 4 times plus, than their birth weights. They are energetic, very healthy and cute as can be...make you just want to cuddle their fuzzy soft bodies. They are quickly learning to give kisses and to come to 'Puppy! Puppy!' Fantastic!!! They aren't even 4 weeks old. Their teeth are coming in and they're learning how to play with each other. They are absolutely adorable!!!

For all Puppies:
We take a number of steps to ensure the health and quality of the puppies that we whelp, including many health tests/screenings and extensive pedigree research before breeding. Further information and registry numbers are available on request.
After the puppies arrive:
- We do Neurological stimulation - days 3-16
- We do several separation/stimulation exercises from the Monks of New Skete training.
- We do Guiding Eyes for the Blind massages and submission exercises on all puppies daily.
- All puppies are introduced to water, wings and shooting(with a starter pistol) at around 4-5 wks and continuing until they go home.
- We do Temperament Testing at 49 days old (using a person not familiar with our puppies) and along with notes/observations on my part place the puppies with the family most suited for that particular puppy.
We do require you to feed the premium holistic dog food that we feed our dogs in order to have the health guarantee included in our puppy buyer's contract. You can click on the link at the end of this page to check it out or go to www.trilogyonline.com/4rpets.
Puppies are sent home with a fuzzy pad/ toy & collar - all filled with scent from here at the farm - along with a notebook filled with lots of information/instructions for you .
We encourage you to come visit anytime. We require you to come for a visit when the puppies are around 5-6 wks old so that we can teach you some valuable information/skills before taking your puppy home.
